PT stands for Pre-Teen in garments sized for children, and P stands for Petite in garments sized for Adults. To be certain, you can always click on the sizing chart link in the specific product you are viewing and you will see the sizing measurement guidelines listed for either Pre-Teen or Petite to make sure you have a good fit.
